How enquiry information is used
Enquiry data is used to review and respond to your request, maintain an operational record, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and protect the site.
Newsletter double opt-in
A newsletter request remains pending until you open the same-site confirmation link and explicitly select the confirmation button. Merely opening the email link does not subscribe you. Pending requests expire automatically. Confirmed updates include or use the private unsubscribe capability issued for that subscription, and an unsubscribe request is idempotent.
Retention and access
