Overview
The Keysight N1000A DCA-X is a modular sampling oscilloscope mainframe for high-speed digital measurements. Plug-in modules define the optical, electrical, and TDR/TDT capabilities of the completed system. The source describes platform configurations with bandwidth beyond 110 GHz, sampling rates up to 250 kSa/s, and as many as 16 channels. These are configuration-dependent system capabilities rather than specifications of an unequipped mainframe. FlexDCA software and a temperature-controlled timebase support waveform, jitter, and timing analysis across supported modules.
